Job Role: Senior Brand Manager

Our Ideal candidate must be a creative thinker and a dynamic personality who can come up with ideas on how to improve brand messaging and design when needed and also able to detect long-term brand marketing opportunities and shed a different light on existing practices.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Creating marketing campaigns including pricing strategies, sales promotions, and public relations efforts
  • Developing company brands by determining which products or services will be offered, what features they will have, and how they will be priced
  • Conducting market research to determine customer preferences and buying habits in order to create effective marketing strategies
  • Overseeing the design of print advertisements, brochures, product labels, and other marketing materials
  • Monitoring competitors’ activities to identify new trends and adjust the company’s strategy accordingly
  • Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to existing products or develop new ones
  • Analyzing data to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing strategies
  • Conducting focus groups to gather feedback from consumers about products or services
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing presentations (say hello to PowerPoint)
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • Writing reports and providing management with feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in 360 core Agency experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
  • Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • APCON and CIM membership an added advantage
