Key Responsibilities:

Learn and execute the end-to-end visa application process, including verifying application documents, conducting interviews (if required), and ensuring adherence to visa regulations and guidelines.Provide courteous and professional assistance to visa applicants, responding to inquiries, explaining application procedures, and offering support throughout the application process.Thoroughly review and validate visa application documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness to facilitate timely processing.

Stay updated on immigration laws, regulations, and policies to ensure strict compliance with both national and international visa requirements.Maintain accurate and confidential records of visa applications, approvals, and denials, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.Participate in quality assurance and control measures to ensure high-quality service delivery and minimize errors in visa processing.

Prepare regular reports on visa application statistics, trends, and processing times for management review.And any other task assigned to you.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Adapt to working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.Ethical, discreet, and professional conduct.Effective use of computer application packages.
